Book your next trip with me and find out what fishing in New Orleans, Slidell and/or Hopedale is all about. I have been fishing since I was four years old and will do everything I can to make sure you and your party has a great time on the water. I have three kids of my own that love to fish so your children are welcomed aboard.
Depending on the time of the year, we will be targeting Speckled Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead, and anything else that is hungry enough to eat our bait.
Your day begins aboard a 24' Sportsman bay boat with space for 5 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's even a toilet, with a private enclosed area on board for your convenience. I have rods and reels for you, along with lures. If live bait is available at the time of your trip it will be an additional charge. You will also need to buy a local fishing license before the trip, if you are over the age of 18.
A few items to bring include a hat, sunglasses, and sunblock. I will have bottled water on board, but if you'd like to bring other drinks, you can. Alcohol is allowed as well.

Captain Danny went out of his way to make sure we caught fish. One of had had zero fishing experience and it was not an issue. We caught several different kinds of fish and the hospitality was 10/10. Will book again.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about our Captain Dan! When we weren't catching any fish in the first hour Capt. Dan decided we needed to get live bait and wouldn't you know it, that did the trick. He showed us tips on how to cast and work the fishing pole. We caught tons of fish. He made it his mission to make sure we were catching fish and having a good time doing it! He was very down to earth and just a wonderful fisherman perfect for helping us have a wonderful fishing experience. I highly recommend Captain Dan to anyone who wants to catch tons of fish! Amazing experience and guide!!

Had a great trip. Landed on a great area where we trolled the marsh line. Limited out on our fish by 11! Even caught a few bonus species, a flounder, fresh water drum and a black drum.

Free cancellation up to 1 day prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Pickup agreed upon reservation
Transfer to/from departure site may be available and included in price depending on your location and distance from the dock.

Book with 15% deposit, pay rest to captain
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 15% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
