Marsa Alam has a fish with your name on it, so let Mars Alam Fishing help you catch it!
You’re likely to go after Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Great Barracuda, Swordfish, Giant Trevally, Golden Trevally, Bohar Snapper, Bluefin Trevally, Dogtooth Tuna, Skipjack Tuna, Albacore Tuna, Bigeye Tuna, and more if conditions allow. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Mahmoud also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board.
You’ll be casting lines from a 30’ Center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain. Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.
