Silverback Reel Hooker is all about fishing the stunning waters of San Antonio. With Captain Martin at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
These waters are known for Blue Catfish, Channel Catfish, Redfish, and more. During the trip, you might be trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Fish caught during the trip are yours to take home, so long as they're within the legal limit. The captain can even clean your catch for you. Have a cooler ready in the car!
You'll be dropping lines from a 22' Center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with downriggers and all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures. Canopies will shield you from the sun, if needed. Please be advised, customers 17 and older require a fishing license. You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online at Texas Park and Wildlife website, or you can ask the captain.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Some essentials to bring are snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.

We went out again today with Captain Martin, we didn’t catch a ton of fish but this captain will work his backside off to make sure that you not only get fish, but have a great time! We have gone out with Martin in
the past and I can tell you that this man cares whether you catch, and will do anything in his power to make sure that you have an amazing day on the lake. He has always gone above and beyond. We even requested to fish a specific way and he accommodated graciously. Although we only caught three fish today, we know that he can’t control whether or not the fish are biting, but we will book with him time and again because he’s so wonderful.

Captain Campos is truly amazing. This is our 3rd trip and this man just keeps the fishes coming. His sense of humor is fantastic. He works so hard to keep the lines baited and in the water. His service to each individual is impressive. He ensured we were hydrated, happy, and comfortable the entire trip and never missed a beat. AND, he made SURE my granddaughter caught ALL the big fish.
