Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Black Drum, Cobia, Ladyfish, Atlantic Mackerel, Redfish, Bonnethead Shark, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Tripletail, Snook, and whatever else is biting. You can expect to do light tackle fishing, popping, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that’s dinner!

Your fishing machine for the day is a 22’ Sea Fox with room for 4 passengers. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. It’s always wise to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
