These waters are known for Spotted Seatrout, Sheepshead, Gag Grouper, Redfish, Blacktip Shark, Jack Crevalle, Tarpon, Lane Snapper, Snook, Spanish Mackerel, Black Drum, Mangrove Snapper, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Brandon believes in teaching kids to fish while they're young, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
Your excursion begins aboard a 22' Pathfinder bay boat with room for 6 passengers. It comes with a fighting chair and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain. It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray), sunglasses, and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Our family of four had a great morning out with Captain Brandon. He was very communicative and ended up picking us up early. Having grown up fishing this area, he's incredibly knowledgeable about where to find what. We caught 16 fish. This was the only thing our 9yo wanted to do on vacation and Captain Brandon made sure he walked away catching 9 fish. He's very down to earth and patient. We'd definitely hire him to take us out again!

What an incredible experience from the moment we got on the boat. Everything was perfect, our captain Brandon was friendly, knowledgable, and made sure everyone had a great time. He knew exactly where to go, was patient in helping us, and made the trip fun and relaxing. We caught a bunch of fish, made amazing memories, and truly enjoyed every minute on the water. Captain Brandon was excellent from pick up to dropping us off at the marina. Was great with my 15 yr old son & put us on keepers first thing! Had an absolute blast! Can’t recommend his services enough. Will definitely be booking with him again in the very near future! A++++

Brandon gets it. Took us to a great spot where the whole family caught redfish. Then took us sightseeing and straight up onto cayo costa beach where we got out and walked and swam for a bit. definitely recommend.
