Around here, it's common to catch Yellowfin Tuna, Mako Shark, Hammerhead Shark, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Striped Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Bonito, Amberjack, and more, depending on the season. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Your day begins aboard the Phantom, a 33' Cabo Express offshore sport fishing vessel that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

You'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips, and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat; just show up ready for some fishing! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. Don't leave home without bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks provided on board.
