Goal was to fish speckled trout and redfish. Jerry put us on the speckled trout from the first stop. slowed down there and he put us on them again. We all got our limits. Very good equipment, comfortable boat, and worked hard to keep us fishing. My father added Jerry was very friendly and great service. I highly recommend Jerry for your fishing charters from Port Mansfield.

3 Hour Trip on August 1, 2026 • 5 adultsJacob, the guide, has been fishing all his life, so he took us to some of his favorite spots, but the fish weren't cooperating! We caught 3 trout and 1 gaftop which were all undersized! The boat was clean and ran well. We bought croakers before we went out and brought our own drinks and snacks. Everybody enjoyed their time on the bay and when I hear, "Hey, baby que paso, thought I was your only vato..." I'll be reminded of reeling in fish out on the Port Mansfield bay!! 😆

Half Day Trip (AM) on August 2, 2025If you’re ever thinking about booking a fishing trip, you have to go with Jerry’s Fishing Charter. We went out with him recently, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. Jerry is super laid-back, knows his stuff, and just makes you feel at home on the water. We caught a ton of fish, laughed the whole time, and learned a lot too. He took care of everything—we didn’t have to stress about a thing. It felt more like a fun day out with a buddy than anything else. Whether you're a seasoned fisherman or just trying something new, Jerry makes it easy and enjoyable. I’d 100% go again—and already planning to! Can’t recommend him enough. Seriously, go book it. You won’t regret it.

The whole experience was outstanding! We caught the largest redfish ever for us as well as some nice trout. Jerry was a great guide. We would recommend him to anyone.

hi Robin im sorry yiu didnt have the best time with us a lot od the times the fish wont coaporate eary in the morning and since we only had 3 hours to fish on a short trip, we probably almost had them., se probably needed a bit more time to get you on some fish, but we will make it happen next time💪 again my apologies
