Bait-N-Bite is your ticket to the stunning waters of Tampa. With Captain TJ at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.
Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Cobia, Shark, and more could be biting if you cast your line at the right time of year. For these species, you're likely to freeline live bait and bottom fish using light tackle. I primarily catch and release but if you'd like to take home something to eat we can accommodate as long as it's within season. Plus, I will fillet your catch at the end of the trip to save you from the hard work!
You'll be fishing aboard a 22' Seahunt with a dual helm tower for the best view at stalking down our next catch. Space for 4 passengers. Your captain will provide rods, reels, tackle and live bait. Everything you need for a productive day on the water.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
Kids are welcome! Children 6 and under must wear life vests, so be sure to bring your children a properly fitted coast guard approved life jacket (to ensure fitment before arriving). It's recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray) and sunglasses. Bottled water will be provided, but if you'd like to bring something else, feel free. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid glass bottles.

I made a last minute trip request. Thomas's boat wasn't available but he offered a trip with him and an other guide on their boat. It all went very well. He always communicated well and ensured I was comfortable. I lost count but in total we boated at least a couple dozen snook in 4 hours, and I caught a redfish too. The setting was really beautiful with a lot of wildlife, even a dolphin. I learned a LOT and he answered all the questions I had. He has a calm, patient demeanor and is easy to talk to. He even stayed with me to chat at the launch afterwards while I was waiting due to a transportation issue I had. So he went above and beyond what was already a really fun trip.
We had an amazing day fishing with Tommy. From start to finish, he made us feel completely safe and well taken care of. He is knowledgeable and friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. We were able to catch a variety of species, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Tommy really knows what he is doing and we would definitely book with him again.
Captain Tommy was awsome. Showed us an amazing time out on the water. Very helpful knowledge and a great dude. Caught some great fish and had a great time. Thank you captian Tommy.

Had a wonderful 4 hour fishing adventure with my 12 yo son, neither of us a seasoned fisherman. Captain was personable, knowledgeable, great to be with, showing us many of the tricks and tips to catch different variety of fish. Would highly recommend him.
Took my two adult kids fishing and had a great time. Recommend. fished quite a few spots
