Bait-N-Bite is your ticket to the stunning waters of Tampa. With Captain TJ at the helm, you’ll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Cobia, Shark, and more could be biting if you cast your line at the right time of year. For these species, you’re likely to freeline live bait and bottom fish using light tackle. I primarily catch and release but if you’d like to take home something to eat we can accommodate as long as it’s within season. Plus, I will fillet your catch at the end of the trip to save you from the hard work!

You’ll be fishing aboard a 22’ Seahunt with a dual helm tower for the best view at stalking down our next catch. Space for 4 passengers. Your captain will provide rods, reels, tackle and live bait. Everything you need for a productive day on the water.

There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.

Kids are welcome! Children 6 and under must wear life vests, so be sure to bring your children a properly fitted coast guard approved life jacket (to ensure fitment before arriving). It’s recommended to bring sunblock (non-spray) and sunglasses. Bottled water will be provided, but if you’d like to bring something else, feel free. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid glass bottles.
