Planning your fishing trip in Aruba just got easier, thanks to Oasis Fishing & More.
You won’t have to travel far to fish these inshore and nearshore waters, including some spots that only the locals know about.
Around here it’s common to go light tackle fishing, and that’s what you can expect on the day of your trip. You can also do a bit of casting but mostly bottom fishing, and maybe more your guide wants to show you. Oasis will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
These waters are known for Grunt, Hogfish, Yellowtail Snapper, Snook, Tarpon, Triggerfish, Barracuda, Bonefish, Needlefish, Permit, Squirrelfish, and more – with any luck, you’ll hook into a few!
Any keeper fish caught during the trip are yours to take with you. Oasis can also clean your catch for you so it’s ready to fry up at home. Now that’s a fresh meal! You’re welcome to bring up to 4 anglers on this guided experience. You’ll be fishing without a boat, so expect to make your way on foot throughout the whole experience and come dressed for current weather conditions.
Don’t hesitate to send Oasis a message below with any questions you have, including where to meet on the day of your trip.
Fishing license is not required. Be sure to dress in layers and suitable footwear (if you aren’t sure what that means, just ask). It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, long sleeve shirt and sunblock in any weather conditions.
Oasis will have some snacks and drinks for you.
And with that, you’re ready to experience the great outdoors in Aruba. So make it happen, with Oasis Fishing & More!

Noord, Aruba
My hubby and I have been in the fishing business since 2015. We first opened a small tackle shop, then started giving fishing courses and organizing fishing tournaments and since last year we are focusing 100% on shore fishing with tourists that visit our island Aruba.
