Chasing Daylight NW offers fishing and educational excursions for Trophy Walleye, Salmon, and Sturgeon.
The Columbia River is known for huge fish – with any luck, they’ll make your reel scream. You’ll target your catch by light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You’ll find yourself aboard a 25’ River Wild Aluminum sled with room for 6 passengers. It has updated electronics including Garmin’s Livescope. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available. Don’t leave home without snacks, drinks, sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
Your trip with Chasing Daylight NW is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
