Reel Retreat Fishing Charters
Spend the day with Reel Retreat Fishing Charters and find out what the fishing in Dolphin Coast is all about! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Terence can tell you all about them.
Snoek, Garrick, King Mackerel (Cuta), Tuna, Dorado and more could be biting if conditions are right. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You'll be fishing aboard a 19' Tom Cat with space for 4/5 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods, reels, bait, and lures. Live bait will be caught on board. Kids are absolutely welcome!
You might need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's always wise to bring snacks, sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation.
Now's the time to experience fishing on the Dolphin Coast for yourself, with Reel Retreat Fishing Charters!

It is often that meet a Skipper who's sole focus is centered around his client(s)! From start to the last lines up it was just a pleasure! Makie the effort to get you on fis, quality fish! And the will to extend the trip just to make sure that you experience that ultimate satisfaction of admitting that this was money well spend!!!! Thank you very mush, it is with sore arm and back that I type this message!!! I will definiatly recommend this to anyone looking for quality time on the water!
We had a great day out, after a slow start with minimal action we landed a huge amount of bait fish and then the fun started. 25 fish caught on the day, with one huge rockod. Great company on the boat with terrance slitting in as a long lost mate! Cheers and thanks for a good day will definitely be going back soon

Took my kids for their first deep sea fishing trip and it was amazing. We caught 20 fish of which 14 keepers. I personally caught a 20+kg GT unfortunately not edible. Rory took us out and Terence met us on the beach when we came back. Best experience ever and I am doing this again when I am back in the area.

Terence is great captain, started of the morning slippery and wet, the waves were rough going out, but he handled it like a beast. He knows his boat and where and what to use for fish. Unfortunately did not fish long, due to misses getting really seasick. Overall had a lot of fun, would recommend to anyone for sure.

I had a great time and caught a number of species including a 4kg Rock Cod.
