There’s a fish with your name on it in Jupiter and Moondog Charters will help you catch it! Your guide for the day is Captain Ryan, giving you access to years of professional experience.

Around here it’s common to catch Snook, Tarpon, Jack Crevalle, Pompano, Sheepshead, Ladyfish, Black Drum, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Spanish Mackerel, and more with any luck. You can expect to do some spinning, popping, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Ryan also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Children are welcome, so get ‘em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

Capt. Ryan will bring you aboard a 19’ Carolina Skiff with space for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. It’s always wise to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
