Both the Captains and First Mates are passionate about fishing and want to provide the experience of a lifetime to anyone who sets foot on their boat. Some Fish that you will be targeting are Red Grouper, Amberjack, Lane Snapper, Mahi Mahi, and many more! On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. If you feel like upping your game we offer Shark Fishing trips for both Day and Night!

You'll be casting lines from a 34’ Hatteras or a 29' TwinVee catamaran that can carry up to 6 passengers. They have all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. They both have Live Wells, Ice boxes, safety equipment, and Bathrooms for your convenience.
Rods, Reels, and Bait are included, but don't be afraid to talk to the Captain about bringing your own. It's always wise to bring your own sunglasses, hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol IS allowed in moderation, but please avoid bringing hard liquors as well as glass bottles on the boat.

No need to buy a local fishing license before the trip we have you covered on our boat. Some species might be protected, out of season, or require a tag to keep them, your Deckhand and Captain will help keep you informed. There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly.
A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

Best day ever!

6 Hour Trip – Bottom Fishing - 12:30 PM on September 24, 2025 • 6 adults

Captain Clay and crew were fantastic! I’ve been on several chartered fishing trips over the years and I can honestly say this was hands-down the best experience ever. Took my dad who is 83, my father-in-law, grandson, son-in-law, and best friend. The boat was great! We did the 6 hour bottom fishing trip. My dad and FIL had no problem getting around the boat and the seats and AC were very comfortable for them after catching a fish and then chillin inside the rest of the trip. The rest of us caught fish literally non-stop the whole trip. Only breaks in reeling we had was when we adjusted spots a few times. We got back when the fish market was closing so they even offered to drop them off for us so we could pick up the fillets the following morning. This was absolutely the best day ever and Captain Clay and crew made it happen. These memories will last a lifetime. I would not hesitate booking them again.

Perfect vacation fishing trip

6 Hour Trip – Bottom Fishing on July 15, 2025 • 4 adults

My family and I booked a 6-hour bottom fishing trip with Panama Adventures and had the absolute pleasure of going out with Clay and Tyler. From start to finish, they were phenomenal — working seamlessly with our group that ranged from experienced anglers to first-timers. Our only goal was to have a good time, maybe hook into a shark, and these guys delivered. Right from the start, they had us on the fish, reeling in king mackerel and bonitos nonstop. Later, we began using the fresh bonito as bait, heading to a spot they knew held sharks. Within minutes, we were hooked into an 8-foot, 300-pound bull shark. Clay and Tyler handled everything with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping us land the shark and creating an unforgettable experience for our whole family. I highly recommend Panama Adventures — and specifically Tyler and Clay — for anyone looking to fish in Panama City, regardless of age or experience level.

Bottom fishing fun

4 Hour Trip – Bottom Fishing (PM) on June 23, 2025 • 5 adults

We went out for a morning bottom fishing charter with myself, wife, father in-law, and 2 daughters age 13 and 14. The instruction and assistance was great. Nice boat ride out with the option to stand outside or in the air conditioned cabin. We loved that we had a bathroom on board for our daughter's. Tyler worked extremely hard keeping us baited and re rigging our gear when needed. With 5 of us fishing he was a busy man. The captain did a great job keeping us in good areas where we had plenty of opportunities to catch fish. We had 2 triggerfish, 4 snappers big enough to keep, and sever more that we threw back. And we lost count of how many grouper we caught. We even saw a shark come up trying to take our catch. These guys know their craft and they know the area well. I can't recommend them enough. Communication before the trip was also very good.

Phenomenal experience and fishing

8 Hour Trip – Great Adventures on July 1, 2025 • 5 adults

5 star across all categories for this epic family fishing trip. We caught our limit on fish and had great variety from Red, White and Black Snapper to King Mackerel, Bonita and 4 other types. Captain Clay and Kyle were on top of every detail of the trip, super personable friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend this crew to any small group.

Great for our 4 yr old

3hr trip – children only+ adult on May 4, 2025 • 2 adults • 1 child

We caught over 30 fish. Fish that were fitting for my son's age. He preferred the smaller ones and when he actually caught a big one it scared him! The gentlemen were both very accommodating and nice and absolutely knew what they were doing and did it fast! The only help they asked from me was to help reel in the fish bc they were hitting over and over again. Great experience overall. Boat was great bc it had a bathroom and inside with AC when my son got so tired of catching fish he passed out on the ride home!
