Depending on the season, you might hook into Largemouth Bass and anything else that bites. You'll target your catch by light tackle fishing, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Any fish caught on these trips will be released.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
You'll be casting lines from a 21' Ranger 521 bass boat with a Mercury 250 Pro XS . Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
Before coming aboard, you will need to a CAfishing license for everyone in your group over 16. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect. Don't forget to bring sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is not allowed.
