Species like Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Tarpon, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Red Snapper, Black Drum, and more could be biting if you come at the right time of year. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, as Capt. Matt specializes in artificial fishing. This includes both spinning rods and fly fishing guided trips.

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise adult life vests are provided. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

You’ll find yourself aboard a 17’ Sea Fox center console that can carry up to 2 passengers. It has all the essentials. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain. You can’t go wrong when you bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
