Striper Slayers 

If you’re ready to get hooked on fishing, look no further than Striper Slayers. Being US Coast Guard certified captains, and logging many hours on the water, Captains Brandon and Fred know them forwards and back.

Depending on the season, you might hook into Striped Bass, Walleye, Hybrid Striped Bass, and anything else that bites.  Any fish that meets regulations will be filleted for you if you choose.

You can expect to do some trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area like umbrella rigging.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks – luckily, the Captains will have some on board!

Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, along with lures. Live bait is used at certain times of the year, but it will be onboard as well.

Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. Information for purchasing is available online.

Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is not allowed on the lake. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
