Make the most of your time in Beverly and go fishing with Solitude Charters.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Bluefin Tuna, Striped Bass, Thresher Shark, Porbeagle Shark, Mako Shark, Blue Shark, Cod, Haddock, Bluefish, and who knows what else! For these species, you’re likely to be on an anchor troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Daniel can also help you try kite fishing.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
Capt. Daniel welcomes you aboard a 32’ Albemarle convertible with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. It’s recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
