Book your next trip with Aloha Sportfishing and find out what keeps anglers coming back to Fort Myers Beach for more. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Mike can tell you all about them.
These waters are known for Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Tarpon, Cobia, Mangrove Snapper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Jack Crevalle, and more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some. The fish caught are yours to keep, provided they’re within size and bag limits. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Talk about bang for your buck!
Aloha Sportfishing is a child-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Your day begins aboard a 25’ C-Hawk center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It comes with a fighting chair and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. An 18-25% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
And that’s it!
