Make an adventure out of your next trip to Solomons and go fishing with Reel Thyme Sportfishing. Captain Robert will be your guide, which allows you to benefit from years of professional experience.

These waters are known for Striped Bass, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Redfish, White Perch, Yellow Perch, Speckled Trout, Catfish, and more – with any luck, it won’t be long before "Fish on!" Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Kids are welcome, so feel free to make a family day out of it! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!

Capt. Robert runs a 46’ Sea Ray sportfishing vessel with a capacity for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. Don’t forget to bring bottled water, sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
