Species like Steelhead, Salmon, Smallmouth Bass, brown trout, Northern Pike, Atlantic Salmon, Walleye, Yellow Perch, Muskellunge (Musky and more can be found in these waters, depending on the season. On these trips, you can expect to be casting/float fishing and bottom bouncing using light tackle. Capt. Matt also offers fly fishing for brown trout and smallmouth.
Any fish you catch are yours to take with you, so long as they meet regulations. Capt. Matt can even clean your catch for you. Now that's dinner!
Kids are welcome, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
You'll be casting lines from an 18' Lowe jet boat or a drift boat with a capacity for 3 or more passengers. It has everything else you need for a productive day on the water. What's more, this vessel is wheelchair accessible. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
