You will be fishing on the Rogue River as well as the Umpqua, Chetco, Elk, and Sixes rivers.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board.

Your excursion begins aboard an 18’ Pavati Warrior Elite drift boat that can carry up to 3 passengers. It has all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks included on board.
