Make some memories in Pompano Beach and go fishing with Half day. With Captain Raymond at the helm, you'll benefit from years of knowledge and experience.

These waters are known for Sailfish, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Mangrove Snapper, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Mutton Snapper, and more – with any luck, you'll hook into a few!

For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle. Capt. Raymond can also have you kite fishing. For the more adventurous among you, there's spearfishing.

Half day welcomes kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't forget to bring snacks – luckily, Capt. Raymond will have some on board!

You'll be casting lines from a 60' Sportfishing with space for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers, a fighting chair, all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Don't leave home without sunglasses, a hat, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
