If you’re ready to discover fishing in Rockport, we’ve got you covered with Darren Pham Fishing. With him at the helm, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.

Your main focus will be Redfish and Speckled Trout, with the occasional Black Drum and Flounder. And the captain’s favorite species to target is Trout! You will primarily be wading with lures, I will and can accommodate your limitations for example muddy bottoms, shells, etc that may be difficult to navigate through.

Captain Darren runs a 23’ Shoalwater Cat that will be able to reach a lot of different shallow areas and handles chop relatively well.

He encourages you to use your own equipment so that you are comfortable using it while you are out on your own, but can provide all rods and reels if needed at no additional cost. He also provides lures but if you are confident in certain lures feel free to bring them!

Onboard there is water, ice, and an ice chest for you to store your snacks and other beverages.

Don’t forget to bring polarized sunglasses (very important), sunblock, snacks, beverages, lunch, a fishing license, and any gear you feel most comfortable using.
