For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Sam also specializes in kite fishing for sailfish which is the favorite way to fish in South Florida. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing, lobstering and even bowfishing.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are also a good idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!

You’ll be dropping lines from a 39’ SeaVee Center console with room for 6 passengers. It has outriggers, a teak Rocket launcher, a fighting chair, and all the top-of-the-line electronics.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.

It’s recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks and ice are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. There will be some light snacks included on board.
