Spend the day with North Pacific Adventures and let them show you what makes the fishing in El Jobo so memorable!
Depending on the season, you might hook into Amberjack, Cero Mackerel, Needlefish, Pacific Barracuda, Pompano, Mahi Mahi, Roosterfish, Sailfish, Blackfin Tuna, Cubera Snapper, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, and anything else that bites. You’ll target your catch by popping, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board.
You’ll be casting lines from a 30’ sportfishing boat with a capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. Mates often work for tips and it’s customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks for you on board.
The click of a button is the only thing keeping you from a great day on the water with North Pacific Adventures!
