Chris was great right off the rip asking what are we fishing for so we could get the right bait and he knew all the hot spots it wasnt long before we had our first bite and a 27in red fish in the boat so i was definitely happy and every one caught pleny of fish so it was over all good trip and i would book him again

Captain Chris, was very knowledgeable, respectful and understanding with our 4 person group. We had one very inexperienced. We caught our limit, even caught a yellow jack, sea bass, and reeked in a stingray. This Indiana family will always choose Captain Chris, anytime we are visiting Myrtle Beach S.C. Captain Chris, you have become part of our main "go-to's" when we come here. Thank you for the memories.

Chris was a tremendous guide and we enjoyed our time on the boat. Due to the weather conditions, we weren't able to reel in any keepers, but Chris kept us moving and we were ultimately able to find success. This was the last vacation before our daughter heads off to college, so our priority was for her to have fun. She ended up catching 2 unexpected fish with a smile! Thanks Chris (and Kelsay)!

We had a great experience for our first time fishing on a boat. We brought our two kids and they absolutely loved it! The boat was clean and comfortable. Chris was so personable and great with our kids! I got sea sick and he was caring and kept checking on me. He adjusted the trip based on my needs. I highly recommend Chris!

he really was the best He even helped us fish since my son and my niece were not fishing. Just a great experience and I 100% do it again and recommend him tremendously cool dude.

We spent about 3 hours trying to catch bait. It would have been better if the bait had already been caught. Apparently, it was not normal to have that much difficulty. Captain was willing to stay out longer to compensate for time spent hunting bait. However, water was starting to get a little rough, and it had been a hot day. We did catch fish. The most notable was a 30” redfish. That made the day for me!

Very happy with Salty Sessions. Captain Chris communicated well and understood that my brother and I - both experienced fishermen - wanted to target large red drum. The fishing that day was a bit slow, but Chris put us in a location where other boats pulled in a drum once in a while, and he was determined that we would land one. I eventually landed two, a 38 inch monster and another 28 incher. My brother hooked a couple and lost them, but he enjoyed a 20 minute fight with a big ray. Also caught some nice croaker. The boat and fishing gear were top notch. Captain Chris expended extra effort for us the be happy with our trip, and he succeeded!

First thing I noticed on Capt Chris’ boat is how clean and neat it is. This absolutely resonates with me and lets me know that he cares about his clients experience. The graphics are badass, too!! Chris is communicative, has the very finest in tackle and brought great bait for catching the fish we were after. He catered to me and really made sure I had a great time!! Chris is also VERY good with kids. My son caught so many fish, learned a lot about bait and baiting hooks, how to properly cast and reel in a fish. Thank you for a great bday!! I enjoyed it so much I chartered with Chris a second time a week later!!

This was our second year doing a fishing charter with Captain Chris. He was very honest and upfront about the water conditions and keeping us all safe out on the water. He accommodated us with my elderly grandfather and made sure we all had a good time on the water. I would recommend this charter to anyone. Whether you are experienced or first time angler Chris will make your experience worth it. Though he couldn’t promise us fish due to conditions, he worked hard to get us on and we still ended up with a cooler full of fish at the end of the day.

We chartered with Capt Chris 6/22/2025 and had such a great time that we went back out with him 7/3/2025. I am local and Chris taught me so much about where I’m fishing, and how to fish those spots for the best results. I look forward to using that new knowledge while fishing with my family.
