If you plan on fishing in Stillwater, Marine on St. Croix, Bayport, or Hudson, look no further than Croix Boys Guided Adventures. Your guide for the day is Captain Ryan, who allows you to benefit from years of knowledge and experience of fishing.

These waters hold game fish like Walleye, Sturgeon, Smallmouth Bass, Catfish, White Bass, Largemouth Bass, and more, depending on the time of year. For these species, you're likely to troll or pull live bait with bottom bouncers.

Your vessel for the day is a 21' Pontoon that can carry up to 5 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide St. Croix rods, reels, as well as lures, and live bait.

You will need a fishing license, unless you are 15 or younger. A wisconsin or minnesota fishing license is valid for fishing the St. Croix River, but you will need a Minnesota license if you are wanting to keep fish.

A few items to bring includes sunscreen (non-spray), sunglasses, and drinks and snacks of your choice. There will be water on board. Alcohol and smoke is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We fish out of william O’brien State Park, Boom Site Public Launch-Stillwater, St. croix Crossing- Stillwater, and Beanies Marina-Lakeland.
