If you’re ready to enjoy fishing in Harrisburg, look no further than River Redemption.

Fishing around here will often see you targeting Smallmouth Bass and more with any luck. You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

River Redemption welcomes kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed!

Your excursion begins aboard an 18’ G3 bass boat with a capacity for 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.

You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
