Great Barracuda, Cobia, Jack Crevalle, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Pompano, Redfish, speckled Trout, Sharks, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Gag Grouper, Snook, Tarpon, and more inhabit these waters, depending on conditions.
During the trip you might be spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children under 12 must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. You’re welcome to bring snacks, beer and soft drinks. No hard alcohol please!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 2022, 32’ Center console with capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with a GPS trolling motor, the latest state of the art electronics, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water.
All rods and reels are high quality and maintained in excellent condition.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but no hard liquor or glass bottles.

8 Hour – Full Day Trip
Captain Mike was excellent!!!!
I chartered our trip on Saturday and due to a family emergency Captain Mike was not able to do it on the booking date. Great communication he stayed in contact and we decided on Sunday to go. Captain Mike was very informative and let us know that it would be challenging due to the weather, but he was willing to take a chance. He was able to put us on the fish with his knowledge and experience of the area. He was very friendly and was always constantly setting us up for the next opportunity. The boat was outstanding plenty of room and on a windy day going through the choppy water it felt like a Cadillac. Also, Captain Mike uses his money to give back to children with autism as well as children that don’t have fathers in their lives to help take them on free fishing trips and giving back to the community. Once again if you’re looking to book your next fishing trip make sure to contact Captain Mike. Thanks again, Eric J.

Good day
Slow day for fish due to cold water and strong wind, but had a good day with 9 different kinds of fish caught. Great boat and equipment and captain stayed out longer than our expected time trying to get a few more keepers.

Morning half day fishing
Beautiful day on the water with Capt Mike
Mike was an awesome guide with plenty of great stories, and plenty of helpful tips for out on the water. We targeted shark and sea trout and had success on both, with two sharks, and multiple sea trout being caught. Mike was very knowledgeable and came prepared with lots of bait, high quality tackle and rods/reels, and a beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable vessel. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and on any and all fish that were biting. Thanks again Captain Mike, we’ll be back for the full day trip soon!

4 Hour – Half Day Trip (AM)
Knowledgeable Captain whom goes out of his way!
Captain Mike was awesome and we had the best experience catching saltwater fish with lures ever. Mike hosted my family Parents, Kids, and Wife and made every effort to make everyone comfortable and knowledgeable in fishing. Mike is very knowledgable about the wild life and water ways as a full on resource. We crushed some Spotted Trout as Mike went out of his way to make sure we went home with some dinner. Overall I give Mike a perfect score with one critique. We're used to going to a Marina for being picked up for Fishing Excursions. However, this trip started at Sanibel Public Boat launch off the main bridge and we had no warning about Parking costs being unfamiliar with the area. In the end it's our fault but a heads up would have been nice. For future customers it appears the Sanibel boat launch will be off limits as the government is trying to limit the traffic to that area to speed up the bridge repairs.
