These waters are known for Amberjack, Dentex, Mahi Mahi, Gilt-head (Seabream), John Dory, Needlefish, Scorpionfish, European Seabass, Bluefin Tuna, Squid, and more – with any luck, it won’t be long before "Fish on!" On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

Capt. Stefano runs a 23’ Arkos Jaws 23 center console with room for 4 passengers. It comes with outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

It’s never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and a hat. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
