Make the most of your time in Boston and go fishing with Jimmy Rig Charters. With Captain Eric at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
Species like Bluefin Tuna, Bluefish, Striped Bass, Pollock, Cod, Atlantic Mackerel, and more can be found in these waters, depending on conditions. You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Eric also offers fly fishing.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are also a good idea for a boost of energy when needed!
Capt. Eric operates a 27’ Cobia center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Eric has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
You will need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It’s recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
