If you’re here to make the most of fishing in Marshfield, look no further than Big Fish Charters. With Captain Kevin at the helm, you’ll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.

Around here the fishing is popular for Bluefin Tuna, Haddock, Striped Bass, Porbeagle Shark, Cod, Pollock, Thresher Shark, Bluefish, and more, depending on the time of year.

On the day of your trip you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Kevin can also show you kite fishing.

Big Fish Charters is a kid-friendly charter service, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

You’ll be dropping lines from a 38’ Downeast with capacity for 6 passengers. It has and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience.

You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.

You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Don’t forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
