Sanibel/Captiva/North Captiva has a fish with your name on it, so let Maxed Out Charters 2 help you catch it! With Captain Justin at the helm, you'll have a knowledgeable and experienced guide.
These waters are home to Snook, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, Lane Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Redfish, Bull Shark, Spotted Seatrout, and more, depending on when you go. Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Capt. Justin welcomes children aboard, so get 'em offline and onto the water! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. And, you can't go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Your adventure begins aboard a 22' Skeeter bay boat that holds up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
It's always wise to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. Bottled water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Amazing Fishing Trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an unforgettable experience this Memorial Day weekend with Captain Justin! From the moment we stepped on the boat, he made sure everyone felt welcome and excited for the day ahead. The trip was incredibly fun, and he went above and beyond to make sure we caught fish and had a blast doing it. What really stood out was how great he was with the kids—patient, encouraging, and made them feel like pros out on the water. It was a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend Captain Justin for anyone looking for a top-notch fishing charter. We’ll definitely be back!

Beat the weather
Justin was great with flexibility to avoid storms and yet get our time in to fish. We caught pin fish, lady fish, trout, catfish, red snapper and even a puffer fish. It was a lot of fun. We released all that we hooked. And Justin kept us baited and always ready to catch more. Great Captain fun day.

Great family trip
Capt Justin is an excellent guide! He catered to all levels of my family’s fishing experience. The way he understood and interacted with my autistic son was awesome. After the allotted time he didn’t have another trip on the books, so he offered (at a very reasonable price) to take my family to see manatees and dolphins. He absolutely delivered we had a wonderful day with some great memories made. Thanks Justin!

Capt. Billy took us out with less than 24 hours notice. We had two charters previously booked that cancelled due to illness and mechanical failure. Our Capt. saved the day by taking my two grandsons, ages 9 and 12, fishing inshore. He was patient and calm with the boys. We caught sea trout, catfish and pinfish. It was a learning experience for the boys, and my daughter and I had a great time too. I’m sure we will plan to go again with Maxed out Charters when we return to Sanibel.

Fantastic Trip with Captain Justin
Captain Justin did a great job putting us in fish and quickly. He was fantastic with my daughters and partners, attending to them (as they are novice fishers) throughout the entire trip and really getting them engaged in catching fish. It was a little rough on the Sound that day, but he still managed to put fish in the boat. His patience and experience as a fairly new captain was greatly appreciated. We may not have caught the “giants” we were hoping for, but the girls and I had a great time with him!
