Umpqua River-Brockmans Guide Service 

Ready to catch some fish in the Roseburg area or towards the Coast? Look no further than Brockmans Guide Service! Captain Kyle will be your guide, allowing you to benefit from years of professional experience.

We fish for Steelhead, Salmon, Small Mouth Bass, Trout, and Shad.  The River systems we focus on are the North Umpqua, South Umpqua, Main Umpqua, The Coquille, The Elk, and Sixes.

Seasons:
Winter Steelhead-December -April
Spring Salmon-April-June
Shad-May-June
Small Mouth Bass-May-August
Fall Salmon-August-November

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, if you have a small child you will need to provide a life vest that fits them.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 16’ Willie driftboat with space for 2 passengers.
All Fishing Gear is provided.

Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

Some essentials to bring are sunblock (non-spray), bottled water,
Rain/cold weather gear,  and sunglasses.  Alcohol is allowed in moderation.  We do have a pizza oven in the drift boat to warm or cook food.
