Granbury has a fish with your name on it, so let Hundley’s Guide Service help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Brody is prepared to put you on fish.
White Bass, Catfish, Striped Bass, and more are in the cards, depending on when you go.
On the day of your trip you're likely to using light tackle.
Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Capt. Brody will provide rods and reels for you. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
You might need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other
drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

If you are looking for a great fishing trip. This would be the guide to book. put us on the fish fast. We caught 40 plus in a short amount of time. Most of them were small but we did catch a few keepers to bring home. For me it's not about catching any fish, It's about being on the water and that is a passion of mine. The guide was an awesome and respectable young man that has a passion for fishing also. He fishes many different lakes around central Texas. I will be booking another trip with Hundley's Guide Service in the future. Looking forward to fishing with you again in the future Captain. Thank you for an awesome experience. Our fishing trip would have been perfect if not for the downpour of rain. Captain Brody put us on fish and we caught fish however the rain put a damper on things and we had to come in early. it was our decision to cut the trip short, otherwise a perfect trip. Would love to do it again.
Captain Brody is very knowledgeable about Lake Granbury. How to fish the lake and what bait and lures to use, fishing depths. We caught some striper and sand bass! Fish were not very cooperative but it was not from lack of effort from Captain Brody. That is the way fishing goes sometimes. Great experience! He even gave me his phone number for my next trip so that he can share information with me on where the fish are biting. Greatly appreciated!
It was a day of catching more than fishing. We went on an early half day trip. We caught stripe bass, sand bass, and large mouth bass. The captain had us hooked within minutes and we easily reeled in over 50 fish. We had to move spots just to give the boys some time to recover from reeling.

Brody was quick to put us on the fish. We limited out on white bass in a little over 2.5 hours, with some small stripers sprinkled in. Brody was a lot of fun to fish with and interacted well with me, my friend and our wives. Brody was very courteous and polite and cleaned our catch for us while we waited nearby. Brody will be my first-choice next time i am in the area. Highly recommend!
