Reef Chief Charters 

Reef Chief Charters is happy to meet your needs when it comes to Spearfishing, Snorkeling or Crab Island adventures.

Some of the most amazing species of fish are located right here in the Gulf of Mexico are Amberjack, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Flounder, Gag Grouper, Goliath Grouper, Scamp Grouper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Lionfish, Gray Triggerfish, Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, and more are in the cards if you come at the right time of year.

Capt. Andrew welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to stay fueled throughout their trip!

You’ll find yourself aboard a 26’ Pro Cat Catamaran with plenty of shade and the capacity for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials. There’s a toilet on board for emergencies only.

Spearfishing equipment is not included, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Lionfish gear is available on request. Be sure to ask about our merch as well.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time!
Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
