These waters are known for Crappie, Yellow Perch, Northern Pike, Sunfish, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, and more – with any luck, it won't be long before "Fish on!"
You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
If you're traveling with the family, youwill be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Your vessel for the day is a 20 foot tiller that holds up to 4 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
It's recommended to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Full Day Trip on July 31, 2026 • 1 adultHad easily one of the best days fishing you could ask for. Stayed on the fish from the time we started til the time we finished. Got to catch my first walleye and 15 more, along with a few small mouth bass and 30+ brim. Fishing aint always this good, but I have a feeling with Lyle it usually is. Would 100% go back out with him again. At the end of the day, it felt like I was fishing with a friend the whole time and not someone just in it for the money.

I caught a lot of fish and had a fantastic time. Lyle takes care of everything, you don't have to worry about anything. Even though Minnesota is 5,000 miles away from my home, I'll be back!

Yellow Perch, Sunfish and Crappie and you'll get to catch them using spinning, trolling, jigging, or other techniques. The only way to learn is to join them on the water.

How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
