I booked this trip for my son's 19th birthday present, it's been a tradition since his 15th birthday that we go fishing. This trip was wonderful because Chuck immediately understood what I wanted without me asking. The first fish was hooked on my side of the boat but Chuck snatched the pole and handed to the birthday boy. I was beyond pleased with his attention to detail and personable nature. This trip was absolutely fantastic and the memory will always be special to us. Thank you Captain Chuck.

The equipment was spot on, the knowledge he has is remarkable. Gary, Dakota, and myself did back to back trips, Saturday afternoon and this morning May 11. We caught our 3 man limits on both trips. 3/4 Day Walleye Trip (AM) on June 15, 2024Chuck was the only captain that responded to my inquiry of looking for a guide on Brookville Lake. He has top-notch equipment that is very clean and all of his certifications made us feel very safe. Throughout the day, he taught us multiple techniques for catching walleye and other species of fish. He was a joy to talk to and has a ton of experience in the area and in Michigan. We were able to bring home a couple of walleye and some other fish for the freezer. We fully intend on using Chuck again not only for Brookville, but a Michigan trip soon. I have been on nearly 20 guide trips in the last couple years, and Chuck is absolutely top-notch. He knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him to any angler and their family.

The second day we fished together he put us on the fish again and we limited out in around 3 hrs. Fantastic experience, very helpful and we will definitely use Chuck in the future.

Captain Chuck was absolutely fantastic! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience. Throughout the trip, he went above and beyond teaching both my daughter and me fishing skills, making it fun, engaging, and super rewarding. We caught multiple fish and even got to keep a catfish and a crappie—such a highlight! It was an unforgettable experience, especially sharing it with my daughter. We had an amazing time from start to finish and are already looking forward to coming back again. I can’t recommend Captain Chuck highly enough!

Took my son on an evening Walleye trip and even though it wasnt prime fishing conditions we still had plenty of action and brought home dinner. Would definitely do again!

Chuck is great boat and gear are top notch. Chuch obviously knows how and where to catch fish. He messaged me 4 hours prior to trip time that the bite was tough and if I wanted to reschedule he was fine with that. Rescheduling wasnt an option because of me Grandsons availability so we went and enjoyed a nice day on the water. We plan to try again next spring.
