These waters are known for Yellowtail Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Black Grouper, Red Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Spanish Mackerel, Cero Mackerel, Sailfish, African Pompano Jack, Amberjack, and more – with any luck, you’ll find out for yourself! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Noah can also have you kite fishing.
Capt. Noah is happy to have kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. You’re welcome to bring snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
You’ll step aboard a 28’ Contender center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, along with lures. Live bait is included, and will be caught first thing at the beginning of the trip.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don’t leave home without sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Bottled water is included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Full Day Trip
Full day trip with Capt Noah
Captains Noah and Spin were fantastic! The fishing was good but the atmosphere was even better. These guys were just as happy as we were to be there and it showed in their work ethic. My family and I have fished from Jacksonville to Key West and highly recommend Tighten Up Charters! Overall experience was definitely a 10!

Noah was very knowledgable, patient, easy going
We booked our trip with Noah last minute because our original guide cancelled on us the morning of our trip. We were so lucky that Noah was available! He was amazing! Noah was very knowledgable, patient, easy going and flexible with all our group having different fishing experience! If you are looking for a guide who is great with all ages in your group, Noah’s your guide! If we are ever back in Key West we will definitely be fishing with him again! TIGHTEN UP!!!

One heck of a day!
I cannot thank Captain Noah and Tighten Up Charters enough for the incredible fishing experience we had. From the moment we stepped on board, we knew we were in for a treat. Captain Noah's boat was spotless and well-maintained, setting the perfect stage for a day out on the beautiful waters of Key West. Captain Noah's expertise and knowledge of the area were truly impressive. He navigated the waters with ease and confidence, taking us to all the best spots where the fish were biting. His patience and guidance were invaluable, especially for someone like me who is not an experienced angler.
