Fishing out of Barnegat Light’s waters, depending on when you go the following species are available: Striped Bass, Fluke, Tautog, Sea Bass, Mahi Mahi, Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna. False Albacore and Bonita, Little Tunny Spanish and King mackerel. The way we catch the fish varies from spinning, trolling, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Frank can also show you kite fishing.

We clean and bag your fish so bring a cooler.

There are no licenses required as the charter boat has all State and Federal Permits to catch and legally retain the fish caught.

Capt. Frank believes in teaching kids to fish while they’re young, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Customers are encouraged to bring snacks to keep up those energy levels!

You’ll find yourself aboard a 30’ Sea Hunt Gamefish 30 center console with a capacity for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and all the essentials and all the electronics no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Capt. Frank will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait for some species too!

It’s always wise to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
