There's a fish with your name on it in Miami, and Miami Beach Inshore Fishing Charters will help you catch it! Captain Richard will be your guide, which allows you to benefit from years of local experience.
Top targets include Snook, Tarpon, Spotted Seatrout, Great Barracuda, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Permit, Pompano, Bonnethead Shark, Mangrove Snapper, and more if conditions allow. During the trip, you might be spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, or bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Richard also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
If you're traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea to keep their stamina going!
You'll cast lines from a 23' Pathfinder center console with room for four passengers. It comes with a fighting chair, which is all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, tackle, and lures are ready for you. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Bottled water will be offered, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Captain Rick is one of the best fishermen I’ve ever met and an outstanding guide. On a tough day between tides and weather he put me on a 150 lb tarpon on light gear and I had the fight of a lifetime. My wife was along for the trip and Rick made sure she had a wonderful time and caught plenty of fish. This is my second trip with him and there will be plenty more. Best guide in the Miami area
