These waters are known for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and more – with any luck, you’ll hook into a few! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Fishin’ The Flats Charters is a kid-friendly charter service, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

You’ll be welcome aboard a 23’ Coastal Flats boat with room for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is available.

There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, lunch, and sunscreen. Drinks will be available for you. There will be some light snacks for you on board.
