Fishing was very slow the day we went out, but thats why it's called "fishing" and not "catching"! It was certainly not for lack of effort however. Captain Nate was very knowledgeable about the bay area and did all he could to get us hooked up! On the bright side, we had a GREAT dolphin display all around our boat that my wife and daughters will remember for a lifetime...
Captain Nate made it a great day, even though the fish were not cooperating (true on all of the boats we saw that morning). But we had a great time and caught one good size cobia.

Couldn’t have had a better experience and crew! Captain Nathan and his Mate Ed met us on the dock ready to go with tons of fresh live bait and multiple rods and reals rigged and ready to go. We were out of the harbor with lines in the water in 15 mins. Although the wind picked up a bit making sighting Cobia difficult we were able to bring home plenty of fish! Caught Blues, Cobia even brought home a nice drum! The boat was clean, well rigged and smooth riding despite a bit of chop! Super fun and professional, Ca Nathan and Ed made this a great trip for me and my son who recently returned from deployment. A super fun trip! I would highly recommend Ca Nathan’s boat! GREAT DAY OF FISHING AND FUN!
Nate was awesome!!! I looked for a few days for private charters for my son’s 12th birthday. I came across the Betty Lou and it was quite the catch! Nate was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and took care of everything for us. We caught a 48lb Kobia and a few others but were super happy with the Kobia and took him home with us. Needless to say my son had an awesome time on the Betty Lou! Thank you Nate!
