Your guide for the night is Captain Blake, bringing aboard 25 years of bow fishing experience. He knows where to find the fish.
We're based out of Myrtle Grove where there are always fish to shoot at but depending on the time of year we may suggest that you meet us at a different location. Book with us and let us bring you to the fish.
We'll be shooting some Redfish, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead. Catfish and even some 5ft Alligator Gar!
Your vessel for the night is a 20' Bow fishing rig with room for 6 passengers. We will light up the night with our 30 Night fishing lights around the edge of the boat. There's also a portable toilet on board for your convenience which can come in clutch for our female guests. On board you'll find the bow and arrows ready to go for your fishing adventure.
Trips are run with the help of a deckhand. Deckhands often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.
Before coming aboard, you will need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
Don't leave home without bug spray (bugs are around at the dock but not a problem out in the marsh), snacks and bottled water. If you'd like to bring other drinks alcohol is allowed in moderation but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

We had the BEST time bow fishing with Southern Paradise! As the kids get older it gets harder to find something fun for everyone to do together as a family… this was perfection for us. I’m not goofing to lie, I was a little nervous going into it, but the Southern Paradise crew took incredible care of us and made sure we were all comfortable, had a good time and came back with fish to cook the next night. We can’t wait to book our next trip.
