Perfect guide for fly fishing in Slovenia

Jure was an excellent guide! We did not have a lot of fly fishing experience, but with Jure's help, we were able to learn quickly.
Everyone in the group was able to catch multiple fish which was a very pleasant surprise as it was, for some of us, the first time fly fishing.
On top of that, Jure was very good company, was very knowledgeable and accommodated our group perfectly for the type of experience we wanted.
We would recommend him to anyone wanting a fly fishing experience in Slovenia.

Amazing Fly Fishing Day with Jure

The half-day (6-hour) fly-fishing trip with our guide, Jure, was fantastic. From the start he asked what kind of experience we wanted - location, target species, timing - and tailored everything accordingly. As complete beginners, my girlfriend and I let him decide, and it was absolutely the right call. He took us to the Sava Bohinjka near Lake Bled, where the scenery alone was worth the trip.

Jure brought top equipment and was an excellent, patient teacher who showed us the basics of fly fishing. Thanks to his clear instruction, both of us landed several brown and rainbow trout - far more than we expected on our first day with a fly rod. Catch and release is possible, but you can also take fish home if you wish.

We would definitely recommend a fishing trip with Jure to anyone, whether you're new to fly fishing or already experienced.
