Went with my wife, 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter. The crew handled the family exceptionally well. Helped my son and daughter and we felt very safe as they were a professional and capable crew. On the fishing, we regularly were catching snapper. Would go again.
our Captain did an amazing job putting us on and catching everything from giant Spanish mackerel to giant Pacific needle, fish, and every kind of bottom fish you could imagine, and in addition, he let me use my own spinning, cast tackle to hook and release Bonita and Jack's underneath diving birds…….. had a wonderful time and would highly recommend as these people are truly professional!!!!!
Our captain was amazing and we caught a variety of fish! Boat was clean and spacious.
Booked a half day, saw the sailfish/tuna tournament fishing was on the next day, so rebooked to a full day that promoted fishing for larger fish further offshore. Didnt need to spend any extra, we only bottom fished. Disappointing to have wasted the only chance I had to get a tuna. Will go direct to dock ad fix my own deals from now on.
We headed out to sea, to a spot far from the beach. We were lucky and quickly started catching white snapper and croaker. Everything was great, except that we, who are not used to fishing at sea, quickly started getting seasick from the boat's movement, and we had to stop fishing and return. So, if anyone has never gone deep-sea fishing or has rarely been on a boat, they will probably get seasick. I recommend taking a motion sickness pill at least two hours before getting on the boat.
