The charter is captained by Bruce Hackshaw, who has an impressive 50+ years of angling experience, and is on the water every chance he gets – whether he’s taking guests out to productive fishing grounds, competing in fishing tournaments, or just having fun with friends and family. Fishing really is a huge part of his life, and he hates coming home without a catch!
You’ll be traveling out to the hotspots on a 38’ Betram offshore sport fishing vessel. She can accommodate up to 8 anglers – you’ll all be able to soak in the St. Lucia coastline as you hang out on the flybridge with your captain on your way to the fishing grounds. Once you’re on fish, you can head down to the spacious deck and try your hand at reeling in your dream catch.
Onboard your vessel, you’ll find top-of-the-line safety and navigational gear to ensure you have a smooth and comfortable journey. There are also outriggers for maximum trolling potential, as well as a fighting chair to help you battle some seriously huge big game fish.
Speaking of big game fish, you’ll have the opportunity to reel in some world-famous offshore superstars – Mahi Mahi, the majestic Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, and plenty of other hard-fighters. Capt. Bruce will have you decked out with top-notch rods, reels, and tackle, and will teach you the best techniques to reel in a truly impressive catch.
