Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Lake Trout, Brown Trout, and more can be found in these waters if you come at the right time of year. Capt. Dave and his first mate do all the hard work setting lines and locating the fish. You catch the fish and we clean them for you to take home to enjoy!
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!
Capt. Dave operates a 28' Sea Ray boat that holds up to 4 adult passengers. They can accommodate up to 6 passengers total if 2 or more are younger children. They have all the safety and fishing equipment, including rods, reels, lures, and electronics. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.
There usually will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work for tips and it's customary to offer them about a 15-20% tip.
Before coming aboard, you will need a Wisconsin fishing license and Great Lakes Trout and Salmon stamp for everyone in your group 16 years of age or older. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
Some essentials to bring are drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen, snacks, and appropriate clothing, such as sweatshirts and rain gear. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Captain Dave and First Mate Glen were great hosts and made our family feel welcomed. We had a 5&9 year old on born and Glen was excellent at keeping the kids engaged. Dave worked the whole trip to ensure lines had all the different lures needed for a good trip. Dave kept the lines in the water all the way to the end with 3 of our fish coming on the way back into the harbor. We ended up with 8 nice fish and we all had a great time. Would absolutely book with Dave again!

Dave reached out early Sunday evening to let us know and he so kindly rescheduled us to Wednesday morning. The trip was so educational, exciting for our 14 yr old grandson and friend not to mention Gma/Gpa. We can't wait to go again! Thanks Dave and Todd!!

They had a great boat setup, clearly communicated what they needed from us to reel in big fish, and answered a lot of questions from my 10yo son. Overall, experience was one I would highly recommend and we walked away with 12 salmon and one nice brown trout neatly filleted for quite a bounty.

8 Hour Trip on October 11, 2025 • 2 adultsMy friend and I went out on a charter with Fishin Da Net late season (October 11th) and had a lot of success landing 3 King Salmon, 3 Steelhead (rainbow trout), and 1 lake trout between the two of us. Dave worked hard with his crew to put us on fish, consistently altering techniques and figuring out what was working and focusing on that. Dave and his crew were freindly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend charting with them and hope to be back next season.

We did not have any luck for the first couple of hours. Then a couple of fish. The fish started biting towards the end of our time, and they took the time to let us reel in all the bites despite the hour. They even helped us figure out a plan for the fish since we were from out of town and staying at a hotel. Great trip and great service! Highly recommend!

Captain Dave and mate Todd are a terific team! They’re personable, engaging and knowledgeable about their craft. We’re repeat customers and each time we’ve gone out with them we’ve had great outcomes - today we were one fish shy of limit!
