Bayano River Camp

629P+7M El Llano, El Llano, Panamá

Excited to catch some fish in El Llano? Make it happen, with Bayano River Camp! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Alex is prepared to put you on fish.

These waters are known for Snook, Tarpon, Freshwater Drum, Mangrove Snapper, and more – with any luck, you’ll find out for yourself! You can expect to do some spinning, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Alex also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

You’ll find yourself aboard a 20’ Piragua Panga with space for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.

Rods and reels are not supplied for you, so ask the captain about bringing your own or renting some for an extra cost. Be sure to ask about bait and lures as well.

Some essentials to bring are sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

And that’s it! Your fishing trip with Bayano River Camp is just a click away.
