Come have a new, memorable experience with Wasatch Mountains Guided Ice Fishing on some of Utah’s most famous fisheries!

We mainly fish at Scofield Reservoir or Rockport Reservoir, or Strawberry Reservoir. Other locations that we can go based upon, fishing conditions, ice conditions, guest preference, and weather, are: Jordanelle Reservoir.

The most common catch is Rainbow Trout, Yellow Perch, and Cutthroat Trout, but there is also a chance to catch Kokanee Salmon, Brown Trout, Splake, or Tiger Trout. We can never guarantee what you might hook into on our fishing adventures!

Families are welcome to come and experience ice fishing at its finest! Our experienced guide puts safety first for everyone on the ice with safety equipment such as ropes, inflatable life jackets, and a spud bar.

All equipment you need will be provided, such as lures, hooks, bait, rod, reel, auger, fish finder, camp chairs, and a sled (to drag all equipment onto the ice). It will be very cold on the ice and all guests are responsible for bringing warm clothing to wear. Guests should also bring snacks, lunch, drinks (non-alcoholic), snow boots, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any other things guests feel are necessary. All guests 12 years and older must purchase a fishing license for the state of Utah before they can fish. All participants on the trip must also sign liability wavers, and guardians must sign for minors.

Guests are welcome to keep their fish up to a limit of 4 Trout/Salmon per person depending on regulations. We offer to gut or fillet your fish, but guests are responsible for transporting their fish home.

Changes to dates or cancellations may occur due to inclement weather or poor ice conditions, typically if there are unsafe conditions such as blizzards, high winds, storms, lightning, etc… All trips can either be postponed or canceled with a refund.
